How many people does the Monte Villa Farmhouse hold? |
| A: |
For weddings/social occasions, it holds up to 200 for a buffet style reception in good weather. In the fall, winter, and early spring, 120 is more comfortable.
For business meetings, up to 50 can be seated at tables in the ballroom. Smaller groups can be placed in either the ballroom or the living room. |

Please call for a private tour, or check our schedule of upcoming open house dates and times. Our Open houses are held on some Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for tours and planning sessions. |

| A: | For social occasions, once you've verified the availability of the desired date, a 50% deposit and a signed contract secures your rental. |
| Q: | Can I have a wedding and reception at Monte Villa? |
| A: | Yes you can! In good weather, we have many weddings in the garden. In cool or rainy weather, we hold them in the ballroom, (120 seated, 150 with some standing), or in the living room by the fireplace, (up to 55 seated). |
| Q: | What hours are available to rent? |
| A: | For weddings/social occasions, an eight hour period may be rented any evening from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. On Saturday and Sunday, the Farmhouse may be rented from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm or from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. The rental time includes setup and clean-up. |

| A: | For weddings/social occasions, prices range from $700 to $2000. |
